Orders will be hand delivery and available for Queens, Brooklyn downtown and Long Island customers.

Delivery available between 10:30 am - 8:00 pm.

We delivery Monday through Saturday (Sunday delivery available for Special Day like Mother's Day or Father's Day)

Tee's flower shop is an independent, woman owned small business. She takes great pride in her work and would appreciate if you read through the following:

Our bouquets are fresh and individually hand wrapped for each order. Time is well spent to ensure that each individual wrapping consists of nothing but the best quality. Tee takes great pride in her work.

Because of the effort we take to preserve product freshness, we do not accept returns of the bouquets. If a customer has received damaged flowers, we'll ask for a picture on the same day of bouquet delivery. From there, Tee will wrap you a new bouquet and sent it out to you next day , free of charge.

Customers may cancel their orders, however, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if cancelled before 36 hours before delivery date. Because of the high cost associated with sourcing flowers of this quality, no refunds will be issued for orders cancelled 36 hours or less before delivery.

Change of Order

We’re happy to assist with changing the delivery date as long as your order has not entered the preparation process.

Once an order has entered the prep process, the order is final and no further changes can be made.
